I love nothing more than feeling like I have got my money's worth out of something that I bought. I know the saying "don't judge a book by it's cover" but I like to say "don't judge a product by it's price tag". I can love something but if I believe it's priced higher than what I value it to be, it's not going to be purchased.
Here are some of my favorite travel finds that I believe it's value matches it's cost:

When traveling, I don't want to bring my everyday wallet from home. That is filled with old gift cards that may have a $1 balance on them, loyalty punch cards from every store that gives me one, and coins that may never be used again. Especially when going through airports, you want something small, slim, and secure to keep everything you will need to show security, your airline, and everything in between. This wallet not only looks nice, but will ease your organizational brain while on the go.

I have seen a ton of great jewelry organizers on Amazon. My problem with them is that they are still too bulky or big for my liking. Jewelry shouldn't take up a lot of room in your luggage, but you also don't want it shoved in there getting tangled. This foldable pouch will keep all of your treasured pieces tidy and it is small enough so you don't have to sacrifice room in your luggage.

We stumbled upon these when planning a 2 week trip to Italy and wanted to utilize our luggage space as efficiently as possible. Our first thought was vacuum sealed bags, but we didn't want to have to pack, or use, a pump. Introducing: an alternate solution. These bags have two zippers, similar to compression luggage. One zipper is to load your clothing and the second zipper is to compress them down. Not only were these valuable to help save space, but we labeled each bag to know what was in them which helped us stay organized.

If you are someone who sleeps hot, or someone who just prefers a fan on while you sleep, this will be a life saver. We sleep with the fan on every night at home for the air flow, but also for the noise. One negative about staying in hotels, especially international travel, is there is no fan (sometimes no AC) in the room. Once charged, this fan will last all night and it even has a USB port built in to charge electronics. It's slim design allows you to not have to sacrifice too much room in your luggage to fit this in.

These locks are super versatile, so if you are thinking these are just for luggage, think again. My suitcases have a built in lock, so my zippers snap to the bag, which I love. But, when traveling, my main resource for tagging along my things are a bookbag, crossbody bag, or a weekender style bag. These locks will attach to your zipper on any bag and ensure it can not be opened. They're small and compact, which makes them easy to bring along and you'll have peace of mind knowing your important items are secure.

Sure, there are travel water bottles available that are made of collapsible plastic and can maybe fit in your pocket. In all honestly, that kind of material grosses me out and I don't want to fold up a bottle that may have leftover water moisture which can lead to mold. This water "bottle" is flat to fit in places where you may have your laptop or tablet. It is great for your personal bag while traveling to fill up once your past TSA. It is BPA free and freezer safe, so if you want to make it a large ice pack, do it.

If you aren't an iPhone user, just skip this one. But if you are, I'm sure you know what an Airtag is. Boy, do I love having them on everything when I travel. There are so many Airtag accessories available - keychains, luggage tags, dog collars, wallet inserts...but these, to me, can be universally used. Using 3M tape, these can strongly adhesive to any of your items and remain waterproof which we know is the downfall of an Airtag. You don't have to stick them to a surface if you don't need to - I take one and move it to whatever bag I am using that day, but it gets dropped in. But when you need to stick one to your expensive camera or inside of your luggage, you know it won't fall off. I do recommend biting the bullet and buying the 4-pack of Airtags, you save some money buying them in bulk and if you don't need them all, they're great to gift to people.

If you travel a lot, you may notice that TSA requirements are universal...but also not. Sometimes you have to remove electronics, sometimes you have to take off your shoes, and sometimes you have to have all of your toiletries in a clear bag. I had never heard of that until I arrived at an airport that required it. I was not prepared and had to throw a lot of my precious skin care essentials out. Now, I will only use a clear toiletry bag in the event this ever becomes a situation that I am in again (and even when not required, it speeds along your search).
All of these items, and more, can be found on my Amazon list, Travel Essentials. I am constantly updating this with my favorite finds so always check back for new additions to help you in your future travels!
